The training goal is to prepare management staff to lead coaching actions as a tool of employee’s development.

It is realized by developing interpersonal skills in range of leading coaching interviews with subordinates, gaining practical skills of planning employee’s further professional development and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of realizing goals and tasks assigned to job. 

Main training themes:

  • Rules and stages of leading coaching
  • Preparation for coaching actions – coaches personal competencies,
  • Setting employees development goals
  • Reaching negative cooperation attitude - how to bring from employees what they have most valuable
  • Ability to build positive relations between a coach and his trainee
  • Achieving mutual solutions- making use of questions during conversation with subordinate
  • Adjusting a way of communication with subordinate in order to go through the main stages of coaching interview.
  • Creating development plans on basis of agreements achieved during meetings
  • Rules of verification development plans
