In order of the most complete usage of the group process all  programs by Strategie Personalne are run by two trainers.  It increases the efficiency and dynamic of training, enables constant cooperation between trainers and participants. Diverted methods (simulations, team work, case study)  used during  training ensure everybody’s active participation.


The share of lectures in relation to other, active and practical  methods is in relation of 30% to 70% (on the behalf of interactive techniques). It enables transferring the gained knowledge into practice and developing and solidify owned skills.


Tasks and simulations used during the training  are prepared on basis of on analysis of the needs – so they base on real problems that participants meet. Adjusting the  practices to specific work of  participants definitely increases the effectiveness of gaining new skills. In addition participants get materials every time prepared for the need of exact  being not only a brief of given knowledge but extended with additional issues.
Taking care of effectiveness of conducted training they are constantly evaluated by means of tests, practical exams, self-assessing questionnaires and after training  tasks.
