The 360 degree feedback method allows  everyone receiving personalized feedback concerning their attitudes and behavior.

Understanding how we act in a certain environment and how our behaviors are perceived by others allows us to consolidate the positive behaviors and change our behavior from less to more effective. Most of us have limited information in terms of our work, what leads to repeating ineffective behaviors and lower efficiency.

During the 360 degree feedback research the employee is assessed from four  perspectives: his superiors, subordinates and / or co-workers, customers, and his own. The study is based on an assessment of competencies and behaviors that can be observed by those people.

An element of the research important to us is anonymity of the participants in order to get as relevant results as possible.

 

The aim of the 360 degree feedback is increasing employees awareness of their own  strengths as well as the areas which need development. Therefore during each project we prepare an individual reports and conduct a feedback sessions, during which we single out the most important positive areas and those that need developing. Together with the employees we analyze discrepancies that occurred between his self-assessment and the way he was evaluated by others and create a plan for his development.

Properly conducted assessment serves as a motivator to make changes in the behavior of a participant. In addition, allows workers to familiarize themselves with the expectations that the organization puts on their position.

Reports  from study allow for the analysis of results from both individual and team level.
