Individual coaching

Even experienced managers sometimes are faced with difficult questions, that they not always can answer. Questions with which we meet most frequently during the coaching process are:

„What to do in case of lack of motivation and results in my team?”

Every situation of this type requires individual approach, understanding of the context and seeing the whole picture of the person.  That is why we flexibly use in coaching and adjust such elements to working with concrete person that will be helping in the best possible way in developing the personal capability. We use among other coaching based one experience (EBC), GROW approach or Provocative Coaching.

Team coaching      

Progressively more company’s backtrack from thinking schemes ‘here and now’ replacing them with thinking about maximal usage of the potential in future. Team coaching in many situations may help in distilling new capabilities of the team or aid in solving occurring obstacles. Lack of realizing changes in the strategy, low efficiency of cooperation between managers, lack of  commitment in the team and stagnation, lack of work progress in project teams, conflict of interests between team members, low level of cooperation between production and backup teams are just some among many examples where coaching approach may help in distilling the potential, creating new solutions, approaches or eliminating crisis situations. 

Experience shows that team coaching is significantly affects on defying rules of work and cooperation or increasing business efficiency and commitment.
